These are beautiful pipes priced at a remarkably low cost considering you get heat shields, removable baffles, & removable tips. The black finish and/or quality will not be the same as similar looking pipes at higher price points. These are a great value, but you have to be realistic with you expectations. When we installed these we had to egg out one of the holes on the bracket, but other than that, they went on pretty easily.

There is no warranty on exhaust pipes especially with regard to any discoloration or lightening. Discoloration (changing shades) is the result of tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc, and is not caused by defective manufacturing.

For the best performance, a free-flowing air cleaner and carb re-jet kit or adjustable fuel management system is recommended with this pipe and any exhaust modification.
