The handlebar portion of the Tyson XL is 0.120" wall (3mm) seamless 4130 chromoly, and tapered from 1-1/8-inch at the center to 1 inch O.D. on the ends. On TBW models this handlebar is precision bored, notched and CNC machined after tapering to accept stock H-D TBW assembly and hand controls with internal wiring. Tyson XL's vertical uprights are 1-1/4-inch O.D. x 0.120" wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubes precision mitered and TIG welded to the handlebar for beauty and strength. These uprights are on 3.5-inch wide centers to fit most stock and select aftermarket H-D top trees, and feature TIG-welded internal mounting bungs that accept the 1/2-13 t.p.i. mounting bolts on the motorcycle.
